Herrenhäuser Straße 2 is the address of many of the institutes for life science and the biological and plant sciences. The expansive grounds stretch across to Haltenhoffstraße and provide space for institute and teaching facilities, laboratories, greenhouses as well as experimental facilities.

How to get here

Public transport: Take the no. 4 or no. 5 Stadtbahn (tram) to the Appelstraße or Herrenhäuser Gärten tram stop. All the buildings on the Herrenhausen Campus can be reached via the courtyard entrance to Herrenhäuser Straße 2 (traffic light access).

By car: Limited free parking is available, incl. some close to the courtyard entrance; parking charges apply to the parking spaces located opposite on the same side as the Herrenhäuser Gärten.
