Examination regulations 2022
The two-year Master's programme consists of a compulsory area (30 ECTS) and a compulsory elective area (60 ECTS). The following modules must be completed in the compulsory section:
Key qualifications for Master's students in biosciences - 6 ECTS (available in English)
Research qualifications in plant sciences - 6 ECTS (available in English)
Research module (practical work in the lab before the Master's thesis) - 18 ECTS (available in English)
A total of 60 ECTS must be completed in the compulsory elective area. The compulsory elective modules are freely selectable (see module catalogue). By selecting the compulsory elective modules, students have the opportunity to determine their individual specialisation. No specialisation is specified in the final documents. The completion time for the final thesis is 12 months.
