Brief information on the "Paths into Research" programme

This programme enables postdoctoral researchers to receive start-up funding for promoting externally-funded projects, which includes funds for scientific staff (however this is not sufficient for a three-year doctorate). Young postdoctoral researchers may apply for project grants.

Applications for project funding can be submitted to Division 4 (Research and EU university office, Technology Transfer) by 1 May and 1 November each year. Applications for start-up funding can still be made at any time.
