Foundation set for upcoming projects

The career talk started with a short introduction about the company. After insights into Symrise AG, the participants received information about required expertise and experience and the related career paths. Symrise offers clear career paths and the opportunity to develop and train within the company based on one's own performance. The presentation was concluded by four employees who shared their personal experiences and varied career paths.

The networking event was attended with great interest: A total of 34 participants were present, 19 of them from the faculty's own departments of chemistry, microbiology, cell biology, plant sciences as well as 11 from the Medical School and four from the Alfred Wegener Institute. The GRANAT and Graduate Academy team would like to thank all participants for the great demand and participation through exciting questions. Due to the great interest of the DAX company and the participants, it will be examined whether an excursion to Symrise AG in Holzminden can be realised in 2023 as the next cooperation event between the Graduate Academy and GRANAT for interested doctoral students, postdocs and Master's graduates.
