With the NaWi fit? project and its accompanying preparatory courses, the Faculty of Natural Sciences supports the transition from school to university for prospective students. Even before your degree programme begins, NaWi fit? gives you an early insight into the aims of the degree programmes and the mathematical requirements of natural science subjects. An expectation check also helps you reflect on whether your ideas about studying the natural sciences match what your degree programme really involves. In a web-based testing environment, prospective students can assess their mathematics skills. Based on the results, tailored learning materials are available, which can be worked through independently and then deepened in the subsequent in-person preparatory course. In this way, key foundations are revisited step by step.
